Key responsibilities for the Marketing Director role:
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, social, email, events, and influencer channels
- Driving brand growth, community engagement, and global customer acquisition
- Owning campaign management and lead generation strategy across multiple markets
- Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Analysing campaign performance and optimising marketing channels to improve ROI
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align marketing with wider business objectives
- Identifying new growth opportunities and scaling marketing activity internationally
- Managing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of marketing spend
- Staying ahead of digital trends and implementing innovative marketing approaches
- Reporting on performance metrics and delivering data-driven insights
Skills and experience
We’re looking for a Marketing Director who has the following:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a digital-first or high-growth environment
- Strong background in performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and lead generation

- Experience managing and developing marketing teams
