Position: Sales Advisor
Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Do you have experience in luxury or premium retail and feel ready to take the next step in your sales career?
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join a well-established luxury retail brand in the Stamford area. This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong foundation in retail sales and is confident managing the full customer journey independently.
The role
As Sales Advisor, you’ll deliver a personalised and elevated shopping experience, building genuine relationships with customers and driving sales through a consultative approach. You’ll be confident working towards targets, handling higher-value transactions, and supporting junior team members when needed.
As part of the role, you’ll be required to work Saturdays with a day off provided during the week in lieu.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer experience from first interaction through to aftercare
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactively drive individual sales performance
- Confidently handle higher-value sales and customer queries
- Support visual standards and maintain the overall store presentation
- Assist in coaching and guiding Junior Sales Advisors
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience within luxury or premium retail
- Confidence managing the full sales journey independently
- A strong track record of working towards and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A polished, professional approach
- The ability to build repeat business and long-term client relationships
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- A team player who can support and guide more junior colleagues
