Position: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: up to £60,000
Hours: Full-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple electrical projects across the United Kingdom, from Scotland through to the South Coast.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong project leadership and coordination skills. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple live projects simultaneously, taking ownership from initial handover through to completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities
- Managing electrical projects from award through to completion
- Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring programme, quality and cost control
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinating suppliers and managing subcontract teams, including task allocation and supervision
- Managing project budgets, cost control and commercial performance
- Reviewing technical documentation including drawings, cable schedules and circuit information
- Managing tendering and supporting project mobilisation
- Preparing project reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with contractual requirements
- Supporting the training and development of staff and subcontractors
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Travelling to project sites across the UK as required (typically up to two days per site)
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
You’ll bring a strong electrical background with proven experience delivering projects within commercial environments.
- Demonstrable experience managing electrical projects within an electrical contracting or building services environment
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Confidence reviewing and interpreting electrical designs and technical drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Self-motivated, organised and delivery-focused
- Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
