Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: Basic + uncapped commission – £65,000 – £70,000 OTE

Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and industry networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions
- Present and sell our premium educational courses to motivated property investors and entrepreneurs
- Handle objections professionally, turning potential challenges into closed deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and improve lead generation strategies
- Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and targets to ensure consistent achievement
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends to advise clients effectively and maintain a competitive edge
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound/inbound sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
