In my 11 years as manager I have gained a great deal of experience with agencies as it’s becoming a great deal harder to source the correct applicant. Many agencies that I have used have a data base of CVs that they blanket e-mail out to you, so you end up going over the same CVs that are issued from many different companies. Also they only send out applicants that have applied to them so many are substandard. Coulter Elite are different.
