Salary: up to £58,000

Hours: Full-Time

We’re working with a Birmingham-based organisation seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across warehouse and client-facing operations.

This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with operational and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

You’ll lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across operational environments, using data, insight and best-practice methodologies to drive sustainable change

  • Leading continuous improvement projects across warehouse and client operations
  • Analysing performance data and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Designing and implementing solutions to improve productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Partnering with operational teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement
  • Supporting innovation, automation and the adoption of best practice across the operation
  • Presenting insights, findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

You’ll bring experience driving operational improvement within fast-paced environments, with a strong analytical mindset and stakeholder-focused approach.

  • Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Operational Excellence role
  • Background within logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or supply chain environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance detail with wider business priorities
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (highly desirable)
