Position: Marketing Executive
Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Lincolnshire, hybrid
We’re working with a long-established, family-run business with a strong portfolio of brands and digital platforms. Creating trusted content, products and experiences, they’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.
This is a hands-on, data-led digital marketing role, ideal for someone who enjoys analysing performance, running campaigns and testing new ideas. You’ll work closely with marketing, content and commercial teams to increase traffic, engagement and online revenue across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities
- Use analytics and data insights to inform decisions, improve performance and report on key metrics
- Lead digital activity to drive traffic, improve user experience and increase online revenue
- Carry out SEO audits, keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms to improve ROAS
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns aligned to wider business goals
- Identify and develop new digital revenue opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes and best practice
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A positive, proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership
- Experience improving website traffic and/or conversion rates
- Confidence turning data and insights into clear, practical recommendations
- Hands-on experience with SEO (technical and/or on-page) and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- An analytical, data-driven mindset
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for testing new ideas and approaches
- A commitment to continuous learning in a fast-moving digital environment
