Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Lincolnshire

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading email and social media marketing across a portfolio of well-recognised brands.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining creativity with data. You’ll take ownership of campaigns from initial concept through to delivery and optimisation, ensuring messaging is relevant, engaging and performance-driven.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, create and deliver email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated customer journeys
  • Manage social media marketing across relevant platforms, using a mix of organic and paid activity (primarily Meta)
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, producing reports and using insight to optimise future activity
  • Segment audiences and tailor messaging to maximise relevance and impact
  • Work closely with internal teams such as design, content and sales to maintain consistent brand messaging
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practice

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
  • A creative approach to campaign development and audience engagement
  • Comfortable using digital marketing platforms and tools
