Position: Personal Assistant
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Hours: Full-Time, Office-based, Monday to Friday
Location: Outskirts of Peterborough (must be able to drive)

Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and PA support to the Head of HR and Director
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and scheduling
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports with a high level of accuracy
- Manage ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Support with compliance-related administration
- Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information professionally
- Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident diary management and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous exposure to compliance or regulated environments (advantageous but not essential)
Additional requirements
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working in a remote office-based setup
- Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work
