Position: Sales Negotiator
Salary: £26,000+ uncapped commission

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. Key responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels to generate new leads
- Negotiate deals effectively to secure sales and meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Provide accurate and honest information regarding products and services
- Update CRM systems with detailed client interactions and sales progress
- Support the team in achieving overall sales goals and objectives
- Assist in the evaluation of market trends and competitor activity
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Essential
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident in engaging with clients and managing relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Desired
- Experience within property, automotive, or equivalent industry
- Knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM software
