Our client, a respected employment law consultancy, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their Leicester team.

Working closely with the Telephone Support Manager, you’ll help the team to hit targets by creating and securing high-quality sales appointments, making a real impact on the success of the business.
As Sales Executive, your tasks include:
- Generate and manage new business leads through research, outbound calls (65+ daily), and CRM ownership, aiming for at least 2 qualified appointments per day.
- Book and manage field sales appointments in line with company guidelines, ensuring all details are accurately reflected in diaries and internal systems.
- Work to individual and team KPIs to drive sales performance and support wider business targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries promptly and maintaining high standards of communication.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all services and group offerings to confidently represent the business.
- Support the wider team as needed, including providing cover for colleagues and carrying out other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience within a sales-based role and a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- A talent for building strong, results-driven business relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.

- An base salary of £25,000 + commission
- Full time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Hybrid working model
- 26 days annual leave (increasing with length of service)
