This role will require working across departments, supporting legal professionals with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks. You’ll need to be flexible, have excellent attention to detail, and strong IT skills.
- Providing accurate and efficient audio typing and word processing support
- Managing digital dictation and maintaining electronic case files
- Handling correspondence, emails, and legal documents
- Scheduling appointments and diary management for fee earners
- Conducting company and AML checks as required
- Supporting compliance processes, including Lexcel requirements
- Handling client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting the Operations Team with administrative tasks when needed
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has a typing speed of 65+ wpm with at least 90% accuracy
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- An excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
