We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Graphic Designer to elevate sales and marketing collateral through skilled, creative and on-brand designs. Bringing creativity and flair to all other marketing collateral including site set-up, social media, video, photography, content, case studies and promotional material.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to create bid documents, presentations, and pitches using design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Partner with the Lead Designer to fulfil creative briefs for presentations
- Gather relevant content across departments (pre-contracts, contracts, furniture, marketing, management) for submissions.
- Manage and evolve the Pitch Deck—develop new content, refine existing material, and enhance visual appeal
- Work with the Design Team and Head of Marketing to create handover documents, sales collateral, and other marketing content (social media, videos, case studies, etc.)
- Implement an internal briefing process for Graphic Design tasks
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all outputs
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the Design and Build industry, competitors, and supply chain
- Enhance current collateral with technology, AI, video editing, and photography

- Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design
- Microsoft 365
- B2B sales experience
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Motion graphics, video, and website design
