We’re looking for a Resolution Specialist to join a highly successful, market-leading company based in Leicestershire.
This role is ideal for a highly enthusiastic individual to join the client experience team, managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client complaints, queries, service issues, and cancellation requests promptly, focusing on resolution and retention while following correct procedures and utilising all client databases and systems.
- Investigate all member complaints through discussions with clients and relevant internal colleagues.
- Review member complaints and facilitate an effective handover to Credit Control when applicable.
- Maintain member profiles, including updating additional sites, employee information changes, and conducting necessary investigations.
- Liaise with the Business Development Manager to clarify members’ contracted service provisions.
- Contact members to activate their accounts and schedule initial consultation appointments in line with service levels and diary booking guidelines.
