Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for HR Advisors to work with one of their well-established clients based in Hinckley. This role requires you to work within a team providing legally compliant Employment Law & ER advice to clients by telephone and email.
This is a full time permanent HR Advisor position, offering an annual salary of £35k. The company also have fantastic benefits including continuous development, training, progression, and frequent salary reviews (every 6 months). Successful HR Advisors have the potential to reach a salary of £43,000 in 2 years by hitting KPI’s and SLA’s.
Principle responsibilities
- Provide legally compliant advice and HR assistance to clients by telephone and email for matters such as disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, TUPE, redundancy and recruitment.
- Actively own ER cases to resolution, building a rapport and relationships with clients with each interaction whilst advising, assisting, and guiding the clients with all employment law and HR enquiries
- Provide a range of compliant solutions to clients ensuring any risk is effectively communicated
Person specification
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- ER case experience – 1 year minimum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines
- Ability to learn, research and interpret law quickly and effectively
