Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Office Manager based in Windsor, Berkshire.
The primary objective of the Office Manager role is to provide support to the business, manage and develop the office environment, provide support to operations of the business and to be the focal person for our clients HQ.
- Managing the day to day running of the office to make sure it runs efficiently making sure the offices are tidy, ordering stationery, ordering tea coffee, weekly food etc
- Arranging social events and team events
- Managing parking permits
- Welcoming visitors and answering the phones
- Setting up for meetings and arranging refreshments/food
- Arranging recycling of electrical equipment and confidential shredding
- Booking in maintenance appointments
- Fire Marshall, ensuring weekly fire alarm tests and walk arounds carried out
- First Aider
- Arrange Fire Risk Assessments, Emergency Lighting certs etc to be carried out and any items raised to be addressed
- Manage accounts and systems improvements with office suppliers
- Complete New Supplier/Account Questionnaires
- Supporting Contracts Admin when necessary
This is a full time permanent Office Manager position, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, offering an annual salary of £30,000 – £32,000 DOE.
