Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Cambridge working as Full time Hygiene
The company is a rapidly growing business within the food manufacturing industry delivering high quality food products that can be ordered online and found at various sites across the country. With plans of expansion in the works the company are looking to employ candidates who are keen to progress within the industry.
Principle Responsibilities for the Hygiene Supervisor :-
· To ensure all staff and visitors comply and adhere to H&S regulations.
· Management and maintenance of site, cleaning of tools, equipment and in-house machinery.
· Identify new ways to improve workflow and implement efficient practice.
· Ensure site is always in a condition suitable for site audit.
· Management of stock control of cleaning products and equipment.
Person specification:-
· Experience in a similar role, experience with auditing, hygiene standards, cleaning equipment within a food manufacturing business.
· Basic food hygiene qualifications.
· Knowledge on COSHH preferred.
· Able to take lead on H&S and act as an ambassador for the business.
· Able to make own decisions and implement new strategies to ensure maximum efficiency in the workplace.
This is a full time permanent Hygiene Supervisor position, working from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary £30,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, overtime paid at a premium pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
