As the owner of marketing funnels, you’ll be the driving force behind campaign rollouts across all channels with a constant focus on the commercial end game.

Principle Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and manage brand strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and competitiveness.
- Lead marketing communications and activities across organic positioning, paid advertising, email, and social media.
- Plan and manage content calendars for blogs, social media, and CRM.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of customer trends and predict future needs.
- Report on marketing strategies, activities, and performance to senior management.
Person Specification:
- 3-4 years of marketing experience with a track record of success.
- Strong motivation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven expertise in brand marketing, competitive analysis, customer insights, and project management.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
