Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Head of Paid Media to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who is seeking to support their growth and further strengthen their online presence.
Principle Responsibilities for the Head of Paid Media:
- Campaign Management: Plan, optimise, create, and execute campaigns across multiple accounts on a daily basis.
- Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of channel and campaign performance, provide reports, and identify areas of opportunity for optimisation.
- Commercial Awareness: Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive new customer acquisition.
- Growth: Contribute to achieving acquisition, revenue, and customer LTV targets in key markets.
- Communication: Effectively communicate search strategies, optimisation techniques, and results to stakeholders.
Duties:
- Manage daily operations of all paid advertising accounts across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms.
- Plan, develop, implement, and optimise all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaigns and achieve optimised performance results.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of PPC account management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale, high-turnover accounts and budgets.
- Demonstrated track record of driving PPC performance and achieving tangible business results.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills with proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage projects effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent Head of Paid Media position, offering an annual salary of £35,000 – £45,000.
