Coulter Elite Resourcing is seeking a PPC Executive to join our client’s successful and innovative Marketing team. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to work closely with a talented team focused on achieving outstanding results in direct digital marketing.

Role Overview:

As a PPC Executive, you will bring at least 2 years of hands-on commercial experience in pay-per-click advertising to the table. Your proven track record in developing, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns will be key as you contribute to the team’s success. You’ll need strong analytical skills, a flair for persuasive copywriting, and a deep understanding of hierarchical marketing models and their application in campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop campaign strategies, conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and continuously test and refine ads.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, ensuring optimal budget management and ROI.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs across multiple formats, with a strong focus on driving conversions.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with the Paid Media team to solve challenges, identify new opportunities, and implement business requirements to a high standard.
  • Customer Insight: Apply psychological insights to understand customer behavior and shape impactful ad content.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns for various platforms.
  • Experience in writing engaging and platform-compliant copy for PPC ads.
  • A keen understanding of how PPC fits into the broader marketing strategy, with a focus on quality lead acquisition.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in integrating PPC campaigns with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a detail-oriented and conscientious approach to your work.
