Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Foreman to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients in the Agricultural Machinery manufacturing sector. This role comes with a clear progression path, with a promotion to Service Manager within 1 year.
Principle Responsibilities for the Foreman:
- Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring production targets are met.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly.
- Supervise and train team members, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards to meet company and industry regulations.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Technical knowledge of agricultural machinery or similar equipment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
This is a full-time permanent Foreman position, offering an annual salary of £50,000 – £55,000 plus annual company benefits including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
