Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Welder Fabricator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Taunton.
The company are a well-established Engineering firm who are a leader in full the Steel work and fabrications
Principle Responsibilities for the Welder:-
- Reading engineering drawings
- Reading, understanding, and implementing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Checking dimensions and thicknesses
- TMIG Welding Mild Steel between 2mm to 20mmint o a wide range of structures, producing strong, clean welds suitable for machinery to be used
- Reworking and/or repairing welded parts and products according to engineering specification changes
- Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment
- Cutting and grinding metal
- Cleaning tools, equipment and work areas
Person specification:-
- Fabricator welder apprenticeship or equivalent
- Experience MIG Welding
- Experience of use of lifting equipment
- Manual handling training
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Proactive approach to safety
- Use of hand tools
This is a full time role which also offers a large amount of overtime along with holiday pay and pension .
This is a full time permanent Welder Fabricator position, Working Monday to Friday offering an annual salary of up to £38,000 and additional overtime plus annual company benefits to include paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, over time, Christmas bonus and free car parking.
