Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Agricultural Service Engineer to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a global agricultural machinery business who specialise in selling and servicing a comprehensive range of high quality harvesting equipment and tractors.
Principle Responsibilities for the Agricultural Service Engineer :
- Perform full diagnostic and repairs on agricultural machines
- Have relevent qualification, or equivalent experience within the field of land-based engineering at Level 2
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Be willing to participate in training program to improve and further your skills
Person specification:
- Experience performing service repairs and maintenance using correct tools and equipment, following approved techniques
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to use standard computer applications, internet and manufacturers service portals
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work extended hours
This is a full-time, permanent position for an Agricultural Service Engineer, working 37.5 hours per week with ample opportunities for overtime. The role offers an annual salary of up to £45,000, along with a company car, laptop, and mobile phone. Annual company benefits include 24 days of holiday, increasing to 28 days per year, a pension scheme, a discount program, life assurance, industry-leading sickness benefits, and free car parking.
