Coulter Elite Resourcing are looking for an experience automotive Service Advisor. We are working with a leading provider in the automotive industry dedicated to offering exceptional service and repair solutions to our valued customers. They pride themselves on their commitment to customer satisfaction and offer a very high levels of service across the dealership.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between their customers and service technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities for Service Advisor:
- Customer Interaction
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services to customers, ensuring they understand the work to be performed and the associated costs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
- Coordinate with technicians to obtain diagnostic information and communicate updates to customers.
- Ensure all customer authorizations are obtained before proceeding with repairs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products that would benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Provide cost estimates and prepare detailed invoices for services performed.
