We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales/Account Manager to join our clients high-performing team! The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. As a Senior Sales/Account Manager, you will lead a team, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs, anticipate challenges, and provide strategic solutions to enhance their success.
- New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Customer Retention:
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address customer concerns and issues, ensuring a high level of client loyalty.
- Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of products or services.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback to inform product/service development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior sales or account management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
