I have been dealing personally with Oliver at Coulter Elite Recruitment over the last few months on a block requirement for a new project, this coupled with a very tight deadline to have the successful candidates on board. This would to be at best a big challenge for some recruitment companies but I have to say I was impressed with the speed and efficiency that they filled these positions for us, every candidate had been seen personally prior to us interviewing which is essential when you are under a tight time lines. Their communication was outstanding always keeping me up to speed and abreast of everything. When I called to discuss anything if they were on the phone they ALWAYS called me back promptly, which sadly seems rare nowadays. My next recruitment project is due to start soon, I know who I will call to support me in that.
